AI agents answer immediately, around the clock. Specialists work Mon–Fri 9:00–18:00 Italian time (CET/CEST): response within 4 working hours, critical failures within 1 hour. On the Individual plan, critical failures within 1 hour, 24/7.
On the Basic and Plus plans, the specialist response times apply to possible warranty cases and to critical failures, for the initial diagnosis; other requests are handled by the AI agents. A response time is not a resolution time. Support SLA (Italian original)
