We are building a three-level CLARYEL lineup of local AI systems. Level 2 is a modern computer with desktop, designed with broad possibilities to expand both computing power and functions.

All components in this system are new. The configuration is based on currently available components and is designed for future scalability.
Why Level 2?
The goal is to provide a modern local AI system without a large initial investment, while leaving significant room for future expansion.
The system can be progressively upgraded with more memory, additional storage, a newer GPU or other components as requirements grow.

Technical details
The system can be expanded at the time of purchase or later with:
- additional internal and external storage;
- archiving and backup solutions;
- additional memory;
- GPU upgrades;
- uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), monitors, keyboards, mice and other peripherals for reliable operation and maintenance;
- other hardware or software extensions.
Use in the office
Level 2 is a computer with a full graphical desktop (Ubuntu Desktop) and you use it at the desk with monitor, keyboard and mouse. It can be used by several colleagues in the same office, each with their own account; with your permission it can also be reached from a phone. By factory default the screen turns off and the computer goes to sleep after a period of inactivity; you can change these settings.
Warranty, support and consulting
Warranty support combines manufacturer warranties with our own warranty, backed by a technical and financial reserve of tested spare components.
Details
Some components carry manufacturer warranties of up to 5 years, depending on the specific component and supplier terms.
Support and consulting are built around voice agents, chat agents and a website communication agent. They advise users, diagnose problems and, with the user’s permission, connect remotely to the computer.
The agents work around the clock, including weekends. If an agent cannot resolve a problem, or the client reports that the issue remains unresolved and is not satisfied with the interaction, the ticket is transferred to a human specialist during working hours.
Remote and hardware-level management are included in Level 2. At the user’s request, this includes BIOS access, system recovery or reinstallation, and other functions supported by the configuration.
All remote access is performed only with the user’s permission and without access to the client’s personal data.

Upgrade and development
Technical details
Level 2 is a starting point for those who want new hardware for deploying local AI with broad possibilities for expansion.
The system can be progressively upgraded or completely replaced with a Level 3 system. Using Level 2 and Level 3 systems together will be described on the Level 3 page.
Price
The price of €2,999 reflects the current market situation. The price is valid as of publication, based on current supplier prices.
Box configurations can also be bought in 12 monthly instalments. Instalment plans over 24, 36, 48 and 60 months are in development. Instalments are available to companies that have shown their creditworthiness, under specific written conditions.
