Every CLARYEL system arrives with its software already installed and prepared: Levels 1 and 2 are computers with desktop. Below is what is installed and what each part does, from the devices in your office to the emergency button that locks your data.
You simply talk to the system by voice. You don't even have to go to the computer, the screen or the phone: the system answers. And of course you can also write.
This is just one of thousands of usage scenarios. You simply ask the system by voice: it collects data from the sources the customer has allowed, analyses it and solves business tasks. The main AI runs locally, on the Box.
The system solves business tasks through a simple voice interface.
The main processing is done by a local AI.
External services (email, storage, Amazon, supplier accounts) serve as sources of information; the customer's data stays stored locally.
Data is processed locally on the Box and stored in the customer's database on an encrypted local disk.
Search covers the connected databases, on technical and business topics.
The same conversation, by voice or in writing: Telegram, WhatsApp, a local browser, phone, client app, Home Assistant. Or by voice alone, through a speaker, without even looking at a screen.
100+ languages · voice and text
The system talks by voice and text in 100+ languages: whatever language you ask in, it answers in the same one.
1The question
We ask how much we spent on IT in the last year. The system answers (≈ €54.691) and, on its own, flags FAKE invoices and duplicates.
2The correction
We ask it to remove the FAKE data and the duplicates. Before the forced deletion it asks for our approval, then it cleans up and verifies.
3Corrected result
188 valid invoices for €38.627,70. Corrected figure: €36.993,58: the system corrects its own previous answer by itself and confirms the final state.
Before → after (from screenshots 1–3)
64 FAKE invoices removed
188 valid invoices · €38.627,70
IT, last year: ≈€54.691 → €36.993,58
Everything is real: a real system, real documents, real amounts. Straight from our daily use: documents collected from the Amazon account, several email inboxes, Google Drive and the physical archive of our system.
A real scenario from our ERP: asked about IT spending, the system finds FAKE invoices and duplicates on its own, removes them after our approval, verifies the result and corrects its own previous figure.
The system collects invoices from email, from storage (for example Google Drive), from chat if the user has allowed uploads there, and also from the Amazon website and other suppliers' accounts. As with the channels, all of this works only with the customer's permission.
Deleting documents is safe: data is backed up, there is a change history with rollback, and constant reconciliation, for example with bank statements.
?Technical question, by voice
A practical task: in a voice message we asked how the system is set up. It answered with real data from our machines: hardware, disks, AI model and speed. If an item isn't clear, just ask right away what it means.
In this job the backup model was external (Grok) and had no filter. For our local system this is not acceptable, so the backup model was replaced with a second local one. Today cloud models are called only through the filter and, when needed, after the user’s explicit confirmation.
A technical term isn't clear? Ask the system right away, directly in the conversation: it explains it in plain words.
Fast external models: only through a filter
When needed, the CLARYEL system can call fast, state-of-the-art external models. Before sending, it removes personal data and trade secrets from the request while keeping its meaning. When needed, it shows you the filtered request and sends it to the cloud only after your explicit confirmation.
The filter helps reduce risks; it does not promise 100% anonymisation.
Honestly about speed
On the basic, and even more on the minimal, configuration the system is slower than the cloud. In return: no limits on processing volume, no quotas and no unexpectedly large token bill.
Talk to it by voice
Mostly you talk to the system by voice, for example through Telegram. It carries out specific voice requests and assembles the answer to each request itself.
Voice features (document uploads, questions about documents, requests) work in Telegram and in WhatsApp.
Remote access to the system through a server (MCP) is also available, for example to the customer's local knowledge bases. Telegram, WhatsApp and MCP are each enabled only with the customer's explicit permission.
Conversations with document uploads and voice questions about documents are also available in the Home Assistant interface. All telemetry is there too: for all the office equipment and for the CLARYEL Box with AI itself.
Home Assistant manages and controls the physical devices of your office. It connects sensors and smart home or smart office systems, so lighting, climate, access and other equipment become one manageable system.
Optional: Home Assistant can connect some office devices (lighting, climate, sensors).
2
Ubuntu Desktop
The base is Ubuntu Desktop, a complete operating system with a graphical desktop: you work directly at the computer with monitor, keyboard and mouse, and the AI tools run on the same computer.
3
AI agents
AI agents take on tasks for you: they answer questions, prepare documents, run workflows and work together with the other parts of the stack.
4
AI models
Models for conversation and for specialised tasks: processing PDFs, photos, scans, video, voice messages and much more.
5
Database and vector database
They store your documents and knowledge base and give fast search over them, both by exact words and by meaning.
6
Document storage
Your files stay in order in one place, on your CLARYEL computer.
7
Backup system
Regular copies of your data, so that everything can be restored after a failure or a mistake.
8
Security system
Protects the computer and its services from unauthorised access.
9
Antivirus
Checks files and the system for malicious software.
10
Auxiliary control and monitoring
Auxiliary systems watch over the security and health of every part of the system.
11
Remote access (optional)
Used only at your wish and with your permission. During a remote connection, personal data is disconnected.
12
Knowledge base from anywhere (optional)
Remote access to your knowledge base from anywhere in the world. You turn it on and off yourself whenever you need.
13
Emergency data-encryption button
The button is available in every application. In a dangerous situation you press it: the data is locked and the keys stored next to the drive are destroyed. Access can be restored only with backup keys you have hidden in advance.
Data locked
Keys destroyed
Restore with backup keys
Available only to users with administrator rights.
14
Other stability and security systems
Further systems keep the system stable and secure every day.
