Who we sell to

We sell only to companies and professionals with a VAT number; the consumer right of withdrawal does not apply. Hardware is sold only to companies with an Italian VAT number (P.IVA) and delivered only in Italy. Every order states the buyer’s company legal name and VAT number.

Prices and payment

Hardware prices (999 €, 2 999 €, from 7 000 €) and plan prices are shown VAT included; the binding price is the one in the order confirmation. The Box is paid in full in advance by bank transfer before shipment; 12 monthly instalments may be agreed in writing with creditworthy companies. Plans are paid in advance against an electronic invoice.

Warranty

Each Box has the legal warranty against defects (Italian Civil Code, art. 1490–1495) and a 12-month warranty of good functioning from delivery (art. 1512). Warranty cases go through our support: we diagnose the problem, then repair or replace the faulty part. The warranty does not depend on a paid plan. Security updates for the CLARYEL software and the operating system are free for 8 years from the date of sale.

Delivery

Delivery within Italy is free. It is made to the address stated in the Order by a courier chosen by CLARYEL; transport is paid for and insured by CLARYEL (art. 8.1). We notify you of the shipment and the tracking number; delivery times are indicative and not essential (arts. 8.2 and 8.4). Risk passes to the Customer on delivery (art. 9). On receipt, check the parcels in the courier’s presence, note any damage on the delivery document and report it in writing within 8 days (art. 10).

Support and consulting subscriptions

Plans are paid monthly or yearly in advance and renew automatically; you can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the paid period. If a payment is not made, the plan’s services stop immediately. Warranty cases and security updates are still provided.

The €81.15 + VAT consultation

The €99.00 is credited toward CLARYEL Box hardware. If the company declines the service after the consultation, we refund 50% of the €99.00. This refund is a commercial condition of the offer, not a statutory right of withdrawal.
